Student Health Center Fees

Generally there is a $20 fee per visit to the Student Health Center. In addition there are miscellaneous charges, such as diagnostic tests, immunizations, routine GYN services, physical exams, treatments and prescription medications. See the Fee Schedule below.

NO SHOW FEE

Beginning October 30th, 2023, the Student Health Center will implement a "No-Show" fee of $15. We reserve the right to charge your student PAWS account for appointments not kept or not canceled up to 2 hours before the appointment.

This also applies if you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment and you are marked as a “No-Show”, the fee may be assessed to your student PAWS account.

Payment Policies

Payment is expected at time of service.

You may pay by cash, check, Bobcat Express or have the charges bursar billed to your student account.

Note: If you are a new student, you will not have access to this portal until at least 48 hours after your acceptance fee has been paid and processed.

If you are having difficulty locating your immunization and are a resident of Maryland, you can register with Myirmobile to see if your provider has your immunization on record with myirmobile.
