Annual Programs

Relay for Life

In partnership with the American Cancer Society, ACS On-Campus hosts Relay For Life to raise money to fund cancer research, raise cancer awareness, and host survivor support programs. Teams of participants raise money and walk around a designated part to show their support for those who are fighting the disease 24 hours a day. The event also includes music, live performances, games, and prizes.

Toys for Happiness Drive

Toys for Happiness collects new, unwrapped children’s toys to give to children in the area. Toys can be donated at the President's Holiday Reception each December. Toys are collected by the Office of Student Life in Lane University Center 231, at the Paws Pantry, for two weeks before the Reception and will be displayed at the event. Toys can also be dropped off at the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social & Behavioral Sciences (Compton 241).

Alternative Break Trips

FSU Break is committed to organizing off-campus service trips for students. For the last two years, students and staff have served with Hurricane Ida relief in Houma, LA over winter break. See the Alternative Break webpage for photos, more details, and application information!
