Transfer Scholarships

Frostburg State University offers incoming transfer students a range of scholarships to help support their educational journey.

Academic Scholarships

Also referred to as merit scholarships, these awards help offset the cost of tuition, putting a high-quality FSU education within reach.

How to Apply

No extra application required.

Applications are automatically considered for a scholarship based on eligibility criteria and information provided in their application for admission; transfer students with a total college cumulative GPA 2.8 or higher will initially be considered. In addition to the cumulative GPA, the Admissions office will review the full academic portfolio to determine an academic scholarship offer.
