FSU’s Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership will prepare you to shape and change the future of education. The program is rooted in practical experiences, exploration of case studies, problem-based learning activities and an integrated practicum. This applied doctoral degree is perfect for individuals aspiring to be educational leaders, such as administrators, supervisors, master teachers, policy specialists and other educational professionals at all levels.

The Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership is a fully online program.

Educational Leadership Program Highlights

  • Participate in the program which is 100% online offering full flexibility for working professionals.

  • Earn a degree that prepares you to lead in a public school, private school, higher education or community settings, by being a part of a program that is designed for pinnacle leaders who approach education with a plan that looks into the future.

  • Become a member of the program’s model which begins in the summer session as part of a cohort of no more than 25 students, allowing engaging instructional design and opportunities for building a strong peer community.

  • Blend education theories with practice requiring both content mastery and research. You will complete the program in 3-4 years by taking two years of Ed.D. classes with dissertation undertaken after completion of the coursework.
